They employees was awesome, the breakfast was cooked properly and good, and the whole building was nice and clean.

The beds feel like you are sleeping on a concrete slab

"Exceptional staff overrides issues"

The staff was amazing. Anything we asked for, they were very accommodating. Breakfast was great, hot and well maintained Pool was clean and available for the kids

Fellow visitors were given a room that wasn't cleaned. Our room had used wash clothes left in it, one bed was not ready for new occupants, the other bed was like sleeping on the box springs, the toilet paper holder was off the wall and laying on the back of the stool.

The staff was sweet and the breakfast was great

when we first got there, our room was dirty and they did clean vacuum or take the trash out. They only came in the room for towels and would not replace the dirty tiles for clean towels.
