Staff was very friendly. Only place that we will stay.

Best thing is a Very Good Breakfast. Firm beds, hot water, cool and quiet.

TV difficult to work.

Breakfast was alright just wasn’t enough put out at a time.

The beds were hard as a rock, breakfast was terrible and the creamer was spoiled. Was told my family couldn't even have a drink by the pool I will never stay there again

Staff went to some trouble to get a disability room ready for my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were verynice. Glad they had a pool.

The TV remote was hard to understand, the beds were hard as a rock so neither me nor my husband got a good nights sleep, the bathtub was beyond filthy with a big greasy black ring all around it that I ended up scrubbing before I could use it, urine or something on the bottom of the toilet, no bath mat nor towels by the sink outside the bathroom, no extra t-paper, a store plastic bag behind the Television, the phone was behind the tv, found the alarm clock & Tv guide inside of the bedside table, someone else’s food was still in the refrigerator & the refrigerator was so full of ice that some of the food left in there was frozen into it, like a big box, a cup & bowl of something. When I did get the other food out, there was so much ice built up that our few things of our leftovers wouldn’t fit into the refrigerator… I turned it off & left the door of the fridge opened so it could thaw… I did put a garbage up against it so the water wouldn’t run on the floor, the ice machine wasn’t working… not even plugged in, the air conditioning is old & we had it on high all night long but it was hot in there all night long & my husband had to go outside early in the morning because he thought he was going to pass out, the outside door had no security lock on it & anyone could enter the building threw the back door, my husband went to get coffee in the early morning & the creamers he put in his coffee were spoiled so he had to dump his coffee out, took my service dog out to go to go to the bathroom in the morning & there was dog poop all over the ground. I guess that’s enough!!

The pool was really nice. The only issue was that there was a little too much chlorine in the pool to the point that when you walked into the pool area, it choked you. Other than that, the pool area was nice and clean.

The beds wear a little too hard, and the chlorine in the pool area.
