"Buyer Beware"

Air conditioner fan starts up in the downstairs room with what sounds like a coffee grinder every thirty minutes, then when entering the hotel side door a transient person approached me as he proceeded to search for left over cigarettes at the bench area for smokers near the doorway, the front desk person will continually sell you up, for good parking, "well we add tax in so that will negate the discount anyway" or any number of reasons, buyer beware.
