Clarion Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Airport

We asked for an iron, they never brought one to us. Didn't have a chair not adequate power plugs. Staff didn't speak good English.

Did not have breakfast. Location was good.

The hallways were dirty and the place smelled like cigarettes.

Boka vad som helst förutom här, dörrarna passar inte i dörröppningen så det är ca 1-2 cm glapp vilket gör att man hör ALLTING. Hela rummet var ostädat trots specifika instruktioner att alla sängkläder osv skulle bytas, det fick vi byta sen själva. Riktigt skumma övriga gäster, de flesta kändes höga på något.

Room had a broken bathroom door

When we arrived there was no record of our reservation. It took me 45 minutes to check in because i had to chat with Expedia and they had to call the front desk manager to get it straightened out. It was a "glitch " in the hotels system. Not even a sorry. We had no garbage cans in our room because they had been broken. We had 2 towels for 4 guests. The phone was missing so if i needed anything from the front desk i had to walk there to get it and make sure they knew i didn't steal their phone. We had coffee packets but no coffee maker or cups.the toilet got plugged after 2 uses and the solution was to bring me a plunger to fix it myself. The TV kept pausing throughout anything we watched. The floor smelled of pot even though there were no smoking signs. The outside door by the pool area was broke so anyone could walk in. The garbage by the entry door was overflowing and 3 McDonalds bags sitting on the ground cigarette butts everywhere.there was a printer on the lawn in the parking lot area.flat tire on the cart to carry our bags.I asked for a refund on our second night so we could find other accommodations and they said they couldn't do it. We left anyways because it was that bad. There were people hanginging around the front desk and on the curbs.DO Not recommend to stay here ever. I booked it because we stayed at a Clarion in Portland OR and that was a beautiful stay. This one not at all. It looked updated but i think employee pride is not there.

Fueron muy irresponsables al cancelar mi reservación justo unos minutos antes de mi llegada al hotel. Diciendo que estaban sobrecargados de reservaciones y aún así cargaron el costo del hotel a mi tarjeta.

Son muy ladrones.
