The heat worked

The room was horrible. The lamps didn't work. The windows were shattered. The sinks didn't drain. The outlets were loose and the stove had missing knobs. The phone in the room had missing buttons, the sheets were dirty, the floors were cracked. The entrances were unsecured and anyone could access the building. There were beer cans all in the stairwell. There were broken glass bottles on the stairs. The elevator was the scariest thing I've ever experienced. When going up, it started shaking and made this really loud noise. That is an accident waiting to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets stuck or hurt on that thing soon.

The room was updated and looked modern. It was close to the airport

The exit doors to the bldg were blocked open with rocks, the bathroom floor had cracked tiles, there was grit on the floors, the bathroom door was hard to close bc the upper hinge was not flush w the frame. The electrical box behind the bed was damaged. So we could not use lighting by the beds or charge our phones by the beds. In general this property was sketchy and made us feel unsafe. We will be staying somewhere else in the future.

The property was poorly run. Front desk staff was unavailable side door was propped open with a rock to allow smoking without key card reentry. Door banged half the night adjacent to my room.
