It was very nice!

Very helpful staff for any needs during the stay.

I have an issue with this not being handicap friendly. We were out in a building far from a microwave and lobby. Some things in our room like the chair was not clean nor behind the couch was clean. The bar in the refrigerator was broken as well as the kitchen sink was kind of clogging. The young lady at the front desk when I checked in was not so nice. I asked about an upgrade and she told me it cost more. I asked her how much she said those are just more. She would never give me the amount. So I walked away and came back later and talked to someone else. She told me I could get a free upgrade because I am a gold member but they were sold out.

Very comfortable, clean good guest services. Centrally located, twenty minutes or less to airport, downtown St, Louis, to Zoo and other sites.

My stay was all right. Some things were broken and are sweets that we needed to inform the staff off when we checked out. That's the only reason we gave the three-star rating.

Wall paper coming off walls and very dated.

Nice position at intersection of two key roads offering easy access inc. to airport. A little dated but still very nice and adds the feeling of stepping back in time. Swimming pool good. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating Will return

Location is fantastic

Cleanliness of room - floors felt sticky and even thought made a special request for pack and play was not set up in room; no extra blankets or linens or pillows without special request; ice bucket in room not previously cleaned out; popcorn in pull out sofa bed

Very nice. Room was a little dirty with something sticky on desk and big crumbs on floor. But overall ok
