Mold growing in refrigerator had to clean myself mold on the ceiling room setup was terrible couldn't get in front door if bathroom door was open room smells carpet dirty had to wait to check in while person on front desk was folding towels she just stood and looked at us then our family checked in the next day we all stood around and waited again had two people in lobby yelling at me when I went to tell the front desk about the mold who puts a tub in a disabled room where's the walk-in showers will not stay there again as our family visits Duluth "alot"

Excellent location, breakfast was good small but tons of selevtiond

Pool was a little small.

We had a great stay. The hotel and rooms were clean. I had a great front desk experience and the gentleman was very accommodating. We had two large dogs and requested to be in an end room to be closer to one of the exits and make it easier to manage luggage and pets. He made it so helpful. The breakfast was lacking a meat, but it was was warm and plentiful. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean even the bathroom

The TV did not work and the remote was broken. We could hear The people above us getting ready to leave, heavy walker I guess. They were up early walking back and forth for a good 1/2 hour.

Excellent staff and well maintained facility with updated rooms in excellent condition, good breakfast and coffee station available all day, free parking and great location.

Bath towels too small, pillows all too soft, room was sprayed with a strong odour.

The staff were exceptional and friendly and the room was cozy. Liked that the pool was perfect for all ages. We are a huge fan of AmericInn and this one might have the friendliest staff. Good work everyone.

I think the breakfast was okay and that the pool room could have had a shower down there.

Location, clean , great staff, great breakfast

No hot tub, bed was a little hard

The staff here are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And this is definitely a hotel I will continue to use.
