"Paid $600 for 2 nights. Requested room cleaning for second day and the front desk confirmed it would be done, just don’t"

The location was close to the beach and the freeway. Also close to restaurants.

The front desk didn’t address our concern about the room not being made when they specifically said that the room would be made the following day upon check in.
