Our stay was great! The valet option was great and convenient. Jay was accommodating and quick.

Be prepared to be gouged on parking. It's $55 a night! The location is good and the rooms are clean, but the rooms are very basic and the towels are thin and scratchy.

We had a great stay here during Easter week. The hotel was busy but it was still totally fine. Our king bedroom overlooked the bay & pool. While the bathroom was updated, it could use some extra shelves or hooks. Hotel was walkable to tons of restaurants, shopping, and Petco Park, and a quick drive to Balboa Park, the beaches & Coronado. My husband’s status got us a late 4pm check-out & access to the Lounge. Would happily stay here again.

Was there four days for work and pleasure with my husband. We stayed on the 19th floor and had a beautiful view: good news is most rooms will have a view of the water given the shape of the building. Based on our stay they and the size of the building this hotel sees an enormous volume of people. Multiple stores and restaurants inside and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were two small things I didn’t like. The light in the bathroom has one level which is blinding and it has an automatic sensor; not great when you get up when it’s dark. No dimmer? No lights behind a mirror, no lights under the bed to turn on at night. Our king size bed only have outlets on one side of the bed. Which means my husband and I had to swap sides, which threw us off every night. With all the options of outlets why would they only on one side.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was booked heavily for the week for several conferences and the front desk staff went way out of their way to hook us up with a high room floor for an extraordinary bay view. Price is high but worth every cent. The views of Point Loma on the bay side with occasional military helicopters is pretty epic. Will 100% be visiting again for pleasure. Makes 1000% sense why Comic Con folks flock here. Housekeeping is quick and super thorough. Also big shoutout to Val the Valet. Total legend. What a cool dude to deliver your car as you’re rolling off property from a perfect week in paradise. 10/10 place to conference, eat and sleep.
