Four Points by Sheraton Mall of America Minneapolis Airport

I travel every week and I love when my expectations are consistently met. The location is great. The service is great. Food in the bar/restaurant is very good. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Overall, an excellent value.

Great service and breakfast

Sink was slow draining, had to switch bed because one matteress was uneven, teens took.over.the pool.at night, there were childen in the pool for Adult swim. The good thing is the staff was friendly, breakface was excellent & Camerom at the bar was extra friendly and grest customer service.

The breakfast was very reasonably priced. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice.

Sun Country flight was delayed 20 hours so found this hotel on Priceline. Called for shuttle pick up and told it would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, called again and again told it was on the way. 10 minutes later called again and again told it was on the way. Finally arrived 50 minutes later. When I checked in the front desk person told me the shuttle runs once on the hour! Wish they would have told me that when I called in! Rooms fair. Charge for breakfast. Close to airport otherwise meh at best. Trip type

The room was small and in older condition. While the location is good and convenient, the property definitely needs some upgrades.

The staff was amazing food was delicious and the bed was clean and most of all very comfortable.
