The room was immaculate, the mattress comfortable, and the furnishings fine. The TV was HUGE! I didn’t appreciate that there was a fire alarm in the middle of the day and, after standing outside for a bit, went inside to the front desk where I was informed “it was a drill”. How about letting people standing outside know it’s safe to come in? I am glad the breakfast buffet was complimentary as the eggs and potatoes were cold; the fruit, granola and yoghurt were fine, though.I loved that there were shops and restaurants right across the street. The shuttle to the airport (I only took it one way) was right on time.

Stayed here for a work trip and overall enjoyed our stay. Great location and convenient for our travel plans. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Would stay here again!

The airport shuttle as advertised wasn’t operating at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night, and we had to uber to the hotel. The conditioner in the shower was empty.

Being a Hilton I expected better. Sink was not draining well at all. Brushing your teeth with a family of four was disgusting. Had to spit in the tub. Bathroom could use updating and toilet roll location is silly. I was surprised that our stay the night before at a Quinta was better and nicer. Plus had free breakfast. Hilton needs to do better.
