"Highly disappointed"

The pool and location where nice.

The lobby where you eat breakfast had a strong moldy smell that would stay in your mouth. I stayed two nights even after asking no one cleaned are room or would give us fresh towels for are entire stay their. The room had like title that look like would and would be completely wet every morning due to condensation from the air conditioner.

"Roach infestation 😞"

Nothing

Had to wait over 30 minutes for the front desk staff to check me in. When I finally opened the room, I was welcomed by an infestation of roaches. The glass was dirty, the tub was clogged, there was hair on the tray where the ice bucket was placed, and one of the towels even had a dirty footprint on it. We had to request a refund because the conditions were unacceptable. Super disappointed never again will I book at this location.
