"Our stay was ok due to the closeness to the airpport."

Tv system could be improved. Unable to get channel and show information via the guide system.

"Charged double with cockroaches!"

The location wasn't far from the airport.

Cockroaches in one of our rooms, followed by being charged twice for each room. Also, they didn't have enough wash cloths and towels in the rooms, and unable to get any at the front desk. They do not have access to the laundry room after hours. I am waiting to hear back from the hotel about being charged twice.
