Breakfast good location towards event we were going to good.

Rooms need remodeling. Room had bug problems from small flying insects that got into room because door had cracks in it. Some roaches found in room.

It was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful!

It is very close to the runway to the airport so you hear planes taking off and landing all day and night! If you’re a light sleeper I don’t recommend. We were able to mostly sleep through most of the sounds but we sleep deep.

Breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was great.

When the front desk assured me that I would get extra pillows and blankets, etc. The cleaning staff would not bring or tell me they were out of those things. The T.V in the ad was bigger than it actually was in the room; it was a lot smaller also. I love Best Western, but this was not a Best Western experience.

Place is a dump , I checked in went up to the room then left.

Dingy worn out property next to the main runway at PIE. Had a one inch gap between the door and the door jamb letting in air, light and jet noise.
