The staff and management was exceptional and met all of our needs and requests and went beyond. Great place to stay.

Sehr höfliches Personal und toller Fitnessstudio.

Das Frühstück war wirklich unmöglich. Es gab die ganze Zeit nur Omelette mit Käse, eine Wurst , eine komische Wurstsoße. Zimtschnecken, Joghurt und Panecake . Die Fenstern waren fix ohne Öffnungsmöglichkeiten, die Klima musste laufen damit wir frische Luft haben konnten. Das war wirklich schlimm.

Great hotel! Very clean, great breakfast, and a friendly staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, the staff was outstanding !! I had to check out at 3am for early flight in which I had to leave before the serving of breakfast and Joseph, the hotel concierge cared for me with something to take with me for my early flight! Thank you Joseph 🙂

TV didn't work to well

Clean room. Bed was unusually high. Room was very small. Good breakfast. Nice pool and outside patio area!!

Staff are amazing. Very clean. Nice area.

What a great place to stay long term. Staff is very accommodating to any need you may have. Hot breakfast is very hot (along with the coffee, too) plus a variety of options. Had one of their suites which had a nice living room space with two TVs. In addition a great feature is that a suite has two bathrooms. Used the fitness room which has an adequate amount of exercise machines and is very clean. For extended stay they also offer an in house laundry so you can clean your clothes! Great location because you're only a mile away from many eating establishments!! Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express and Suites when in town.

Great place to stay. This will be our new hotel going forward when we visit for Valleyfair!
