The breakfast was very good.

We had a room near the railway station. Some noise from that.

The hotel is located in a former prison, which you can still tell from the architecture, and which I found quite interesting. Friendly staff. I arrived a bit before the official check-in time, which was no problem, I could check in immediately. Clean room. Excellent food. Breakfast, fika and dinner were all very good. Breakfast includes lots of fresh stuff, many options to choose from. Fika includes coffee and a cake, very good. The dinner isn't à la carte, but it was fine all four nights.

No serious issues. My room, and I think all rooms, have rather small windows. I had to stand up if I wanted to look outside. But then, this is because the building is a former prison. So in a way the small window is a drawback and an impressive characteristic feature at the same time. ;-) I'd prefer a wooden floor over a carpet in the room, but it was still alright.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, es liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem war es einfach erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, die Fenster ließen sich öffnen. Die Betten waren super bequem und trennbar. Der Parkplatz war sogar kostenlos. Das Personal war außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen sind wirklich lecker, und dank der Auswahl an gesunden Lebensmitteln eine mehr als willkommene Alternative zum allseits präsenten Fast Food. Auch das kleine, sehr anschaulich gestaltete Museum im Gebäude ist einen Besuch wert.

Die Klimaanlage war nicht ausschaltbar, und die Heizung lief trotzdem leicht parallel. Das hält die Zimmer schön trocken, meine Haut aber auch.

Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal.

A great stay in this centrally located hotel. We liked the fact that it was a nicely refurbished former prison with an interesting history. We enjoyed visiting the onsite museum on the ground floor. The breakfasts and dinners, which were included, were really delicious and plentiful. Dinner included soup, a lovely main course, bread & salads. Parking onsite is limited, I’d advise checking with the hotel reception before arrival. Thanks to the friendly staff for our two night stay.

Our room 110 on the ground floor was lit up at night by the spotlight outside which shone on the building.

Frokost og middagen var inkludert i prisen og var veldig bra. Det var godt utvalg til frokost. Middagen besto av buffet med en hovedrett og rikholdig tilbehør. Rommet var av god standard noe som gjør at vi gjerne kommer igjen.

Spisesalen var litt liten noe som gjorde at vi måtte sette oss på liste når vi ønsket å spise. Veldig trangt på parkeringsplassen, men totalt sett ingen problem.
