Fancy room, very friendly staff at breakfast

During the summer time the front door is really hard to open, old wood is living.

It was apparently unseasonably hot during our stay. Room had a fan but an air conditioner would have been very welcomed.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed ants throughout the accommodation. Ants were present on the bed, around the headboard, between wooden furniture components, on the floor, and even in the bathroom. We also observed insects inside the room. The situation was not limited to a single insect; it was a widespread hygiene problem. We recorded multiple videos as evidence and shared them with both the property and Booking.com. The room was simply not in a condition that could reasonably be considered suitable for guests. Because of the infestation, we did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping in the room and were forced to leave shortly after check-in, around 1:00 AM. As a result, we had to search for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night in a foreign city, causing significant stress, inconvenience, loss of time, and additional expenses. We paid for a room that we were unable to use due to the unacceptable hygiene conditions. The property's response was disappointing, as they claimed they could not find any insects after we had left, despite the fact that the videos clearly show ants in multiple areas of the room, including on the bed itself. I cannot recommend this property. Basic cleanliness and hygiene are the minimum expectations for any accommodation, and unfortunately those standards were not met.

グランプラスまで徒歩10-15分ほどと便利でした。 朝食のときのスタッフさんがとても親切で、かなり年季は入っていますが子ども用のテーブル付きの椅子を出してくれたり、子ども用のパックごはんを湯煎してくれたり、インスタント味噌汁用のお湯もくれたりして助かりました。 部屋も広くて、1歳の子どもも嬉しそうに歩き回っていました。 また、チェックアウト日の朝、子どもが体調不良でレイトチェックアウトを相談したところ、快く応じてくださいました。

特に悪い点はありませんが、注意点はありす。 共用キッチン付きなので電子レンジがあると思っていましたが、オーブンのみでした。 1階の客室でも、そこに行く前に10段くらいですが急な階段があります。 部屋の床は木の板で、ハイハイがメインの子どもだと板の間に溜まっている小さなごみなどを触ったり口に入れたりしかねないのと、ベッドの土台がコンクリートのような素材で角が尖っているので、子どもがぶつけないよう注意です。

Très bon petit déjeuner avec une jeune femme extrêmement gentille pour nous servir les boissons, œufs...... Lit et chambre confortable et spacieux.
