Das Zimmer war sehr stylisch. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein. Die Lage ist super zentral und ruhig in einer angenehmen Seitenstraße.

Aufgrund der fehlenden Lüftung im Bad kam es zur Geruchsbildung im gesamten Zimmer, nachdem man duschen war. Wir wurden am Abreisetag vor dem offiziellen Check-out von bereits neu anreisenden Gästen überrascht, die einfach unser Zimmer betreten haben. Das Personal wurde darüber informiert und hat sofort Änderungen an der Kommunikation vorgenommen.

No nos informaron modalidad de ingreso y ubicacion parking en tiempo y forma. No contestaron mail ni teléfono publicado. Esperamos 2 horas en la puerta y nos abrió alguien que de casualidad salía del edificio.

La ubicación, está cerca del centro.

La habitación no dispone de armario para poder desempaquetar tu ropa de la maleta y colocarla en él. No hay un sillón o sofa donde poder sentarte para descansar, lo que hay es un banco grande incómodo y al final si quieres relajarte o descansar la única opcion es tirarte en la cama. La habitación esta repleta de figuras de arte que incomoda la estancia, además que son figuras grandes que ocupan bastante sitio. Las ventanas no tapan toda la luz que entra por la mañana y esto hace que te despiertes temprano haciendo que tu descanso se vea alterado. A parte, entraron en mi habitación para dejar otra figura más, lo cual, hizo que la habitación estuviese mas llena dejando menos espacio para nuestra estancia.

Big, clean rooms with an eclectic, artistic vibe. Good location to Grand Place. 12 minute walk.

During our stay they were jackhammering the road right in front of hotel. Not a great wake up at 7:00am.

appreciated being able to store bags there prior to check in time. breakfast was tasty. always appreciate a space that prioritizes art and calm over TVs and such, since we count on our rooms to be a retreat from the bustle of the city we are there to visit. though we didn’t see any of the other rooms, we understand they are all uniquely decorated in collaboration with local artists, which is wonderful.

was disappointed that the video/visual portion of the art installation in our room would not play, and though we reached out through email about it, i dont think anyone saw the msg. they recommended using “whatsapp” to communicate, but i really didnt want to have to download an app just for one thing. also, with an expectation to avoid eating and drinking in the rooms, it would have been nice to have some small outside space in which to enjoy these things. we typically like to enjoy our wine and some snacks in the late afternoon before heading out for dinner, but the suggested use of the kitchen/breakfast area was not the ideal space to hang out in for any length of time.
