This hotel is in the middle of the old part of Tbilisi, almost next to liberty square. The owner Lilly was very helpful in giving us advice where to go and where to eat. We had a wonderfull weekend. Hotel was clean, very central and an excellent starting point to discover the city. All instructions for entering the building were clearly sent upfront. Me not reading them was my mistake. Great place to stay, it made our visit more beautiful.

Fantastic location and facilities. The staff is very nice but also you get a lot of privacy. The room has all the appliances you need for a longer stay but very enjoyable even for a short one, amazing espresso machine.

We arrived at 3 AM and could not locate the hotel. Despite calling and sending WhatsApp messages (which were read), the host and staff did not respond, leaving us stranded on the street with young children and luggage. The host continued to ignore our messages the following day, and only replied after we firmly insisted on an answer. Although we confirmed in advance that accommodation would be set up for three children, we had to argue with the staff upon just to get an another bed prepared for our third child.
