el servicio de los restaurantes y el rooftop, los meseros no son serviciales. en el rooftop cada vez que fuimos intentaban no darnos mesa a pesar de tener varias mesas disponibles. Siempre tuvimos que presionar y discutir para conseguir una mesa, nos dimos cuenta que cada vez que terminamos en el rooftop las "mismas mesas que nos negaron" seguian vacias y disponibles.

Me pareció lindo y lujoso el desayuno estuvo muy rico y amplio.

para ser tan caro la habitación debería tener espacio para colocar la ropa no solo un par de ganchos. No deberían cobrar el agua potable.

"Fantastisch hotel, hier wil je overnachten!"

Alles was perfect! Het hotel heeft internationale allure, de staff is enorm goed getraind in hospitality en biedt uitstekende service. Ze hebben voor ons een privé tour naar Communa 13 geregeld met een native Engelssprekende gids, grote toegevoegde waarde. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, zowel een buffet als a la carte! We hebben een upgrade van de kamer gekregen naar een M superior kamer, erg fijne grote kamer waardoor de andere nacht in een XS Economy room wel ietwat tegen viel. Het is praktisch ingericht maar is wel erg klein. Aan te raden om minimaal een M kamer te boeken. In dit hotel wil je overnachten! De locatie is ook perfect, aan de rand van El Poblado en daardoor rustig behalve op zaterdag avond.
