One staff member was friendly. Location was pretty good to get downtown.

Hotel felt dirty, our TV wasn't working when we arrived (tried to fix and didn't, but they weren't interested in discounting our room), most staff were less than friendly. Would not stay again.

Clean, adequate room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Decent breakfast.

The hallway carpets have a few stains, but with a pet friendly hotel you'll have that. Not a big deal.
