The staff were nice and helpful.

My room was dirty. There were bugs in my room. The tub was disgusting the walls were disgusting. The room was missing a remote, an iron and the hair dryer didn’t work. The paint job within my room was awful. I didn’t feel safe, because every 30 minutes an alarm would go off saying “you are being surveillanced and you do not belong on this property. You are trespassing” and that scared me and my daughter. No one was there when I was checking out.

Pool was not clean and in usable conditions. Not enough towels and bathroom/hygiene supplies. The online post/advertisement said it had a hair blow-dryer, which it did not, cleanliness was not at its best (as advertised). WiFi did not work in the morning.

Comfortable decent place to stay for the night.

No SOAP, just one tiny bottle of shampoo! Dirty thin towels. The toilet had to be flushed 3 times for every use. These things make me wonder how unsanitary this room was.
