It was a nice stay. My only complaint is there were hairs on the shower wall that did not belong to me or my bald husband. Lol Everything else was great. It was nice and quiet and the breakfast was wonderful.

A note referred to the property as being recently renovated. It appeared to be new. Due to recent surgery, I had been instructed to do frequent walking. The gym was equipped with treadmills which I made use of a couple of times. Very convenient.

Location

Checked in as planned for three night stay an unexpected, family emergency required I return home. I stayed one night. I informed the staff of my situation, staff said they were unable to check me out because I had used booking.Com I'm thinking what kind of racket is this. I contscted booking.com online and never actually got to speak to a human.. All automated bots. Told me I could not cancel any of the reservation because it had already begun. What to off.. Paid for three nights, could only stay one night, tried to get staff to check me out and cancel extra nights... Damn hotel staff was unable to check me out and cancel extra nights.... Biggest scam I've ever encountered..you can check in but you can't check it! Basically I was charged three nights but only stayed one night. Apparently no one could check me out and refund me for the two nights I wouldn't be there. Room smelled of stale cigarettes, had janitor come shampoo carpet just to lessen the smell. Worst hotel experience and worst booking experience. I'll never use booking.com again & I'll never recommend anyone to use.. Biggest rip off scam setup out there. I booked this room to stay overnight while traveling 21 hours with my kids and father, when I walked in the front door the guy older gentleman at the front desk didn’t even ask me for an id or card for the room just handed me keys and when I went in the room and pulled the blankets back the beds were still dirty with hair in the bed, when notifying the front desk they didn’t move our room just tried to offer us breakfast. They need help
