check in was easy

The boy at the front desk was nice but the manager charged me again for the room after I had already paid booking.com.

Booking.com refunded me but the manager was not very nice and then when I checked out on Sunday he tried to tell me that I was lying and that he did not charge me Friday night. It is very suspicious as to why they would have to charge me twice and then act like I lied. Also the first room I was given, #226 smelled like cigarette smoke and then I got a new room 222, the floors were FILTHY they need to clean rooms throughly. The floors were sticky and I couldn’t walk from the shower to my bed the night I checked in without my feet being gross and getting the sheets dirty.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
