Hotel was great. Hotel staff really helped when Expedia did not provide my reservation to the hotel even though I had already paid Expedia.

Be very careful booking this property. I logged into my bonvoy account to add my husband to the rez. The reservation was cancelled. No notice. Nothing. Bonvoy said the hotel cancelled it. Raven, the operations manager, not only claimed they did not cancel it, but accused me of cancelling. Why would I cancel a reservation I had for months for my daughter's last volleyball tournament, the day before arrival? Bonvoy could do nothing and the hotel refused to help. My advice, book somewhere else!

I stayed at this Courtyard hotel for 2 nts in December. Its tucked away in an area with a slew of other hotels not really near anything. The room was clean but the hotel as whole could use a refresh. Had trouble accessing the internet here but once I was able to get in, it worked fine. Did not get any upgrades as a platinum member.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a reservation for one night and were very glad that it was a short stay. Persistent problems with hotel staff and amenities. Had to change our room twice - this took a chunk of our evening and multiple trips, five to be exact, to the front desk downstairs - we had to cancel our plans for the evening because of that. First we were given a room that was not cleaned and we found out this when we already arrived to the door. Hotel is also a very difficult property to navigate having two adjoining buildings that are not connected. So one can expect a lot of walking. Second room had several problems. The door keys did not work. So we had to make another trip to the front desk. Later when we were already unpacked we found out that there were no WIFI in the room. The front desk was absolutely unaware of the problem. The internet connection was available when we came with the computer to the front desk (third trip downstairs) and immediately disappeared when we were back to the room. Hotel’s “structural engineer”, who obviously was not IT expert, told us that our brand new computers were to blame. We had to ask to speak to a manager. General manager who we spoke first over the phone immediately asked us to cancel our reservation - not the response we expected from a professional - as being out of country visitors we had nowhere to go, even at this point we wished we have. We had to go downstairs to speak to her and try to find a solution. General manager told us that they are having problems with WIFI in some parts of the property. At least she was honest about that. Her staff was obviously unaware of that when checking people in, particularly considering that the hotel was half full. Our third room was located at a different part of the building and the internet worked there. General manager offered putting some points back into my account (I am a Marriott member for 3 decades) and I thanked her for that. However, when back home I checked my account there were no points credited. I have written to her an email and received no reply. Not a good experience at all - too many problems with the way hotel is managed. Not staying again - unprofessional/unethical hotel’s staff and a very problematic property.

Liked the pool for the kids, room was clean and comfortable

Pics of the pool area have a hot tub, there is no hot tub. Starbucks, on site, served frozen muffins and "hotel" coffee and cost a fortune. Never been to a hotel where they didnt have free coffee
