Trident Chennai

50/10 for the service and attitude of everyone at Trident. This was my 3rd time here and I will keep coming back.

The rooms we stayed were very well maintained and clean, the staff right from the checkin and all staffs were very courteous with their services. I love this hotel and don't mind moving in to stay permanently with them. We also hosted my daughter's engagement in this hotel and we were very proud to have done the engagement over here, all the guests were very happy with the ambience, the staff service and the tasty food. Our coordinator Sangeetha was the best, she was very patient and was always willing to cover all our needs, the banquet head person Raja, Suresh,Richard and all the service staff were very helpful in the way their handled our guests and my guests really appreciated the way that the service staff took care of them. I surely need to mention about the F&B manager Saurabh, he was a gem, he was so courteous that made us really enjoy the Oberoi experience, speaking about the food, I cannot stop thanking the chef and the kitchen team who also played a major role, there were so many guests who came to me and stated that the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves, last but not the least I need to really state that each and every person involved in our stay in the hotel and in the engagement function had only one intention in their mind, that is to make our stay and engagement function of my daughter an unforgettable experience and I am sure that they were successful in doing so......I hope that many of you reading this message will also take your step with confidence to experience everything that we have experienced. My grandmother and I had a lovely time at the trident hotel in Chennai! The wait staff in the hotel resultant were amazing! Attentive, lovely, kind and patient! Our waiters Nandu, Abhijeet, and Ewanshu were simply phenomenal! They made our breakfast special. The food was also fantastic with lots of options!

We visited here to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was truly memorable. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the celebration even more special. The food was excellent, and the noodles were an absolute hit with the kids! What stood out the most was how kind and playful the staff were with our children — they made them feel so comfortable and happy throughout the evening. The celebratory cake was such a thoughtful surprise and added a lovely touch to our special day. A special thank you to Chef Narayan, who has now officially become my 5-year-old’s favorite! We would also like to appreciate Mubashshir, Anonia, and Vinoth for their amazing hospitality and care. Thank you for giving us such a fantastic and unforgettable evening. We will always remember this beautiful celebration with great joy.

Great location, clean and great service. Very quite property inspite of proximity to airport and highway. I would recommend this property to anyone looking.

Amazing food and service. Very prompt and welcoming staff. Food was tasty and accommodating. We were served by Chef Narayan, Sohail, Dorjee and Mubashir who were very friendly! 100% would recommend
