"Relaxing and Accommodating"

Our stay was great and the staff was really nice!! Shannon at the front desk was very helpful and professional and a sweetheart!! Hope was very nice and accommodating for our needs!! Overall our stay was nice and the management was attentive to our needs!! We look forward to staying again if ever we are in need of a place to stay!!

Bugs in the room the counter in the bathroom was falling off the wall and the person at the front desk was rude i rented the room so my kids could go swimming and i was told that if they were see in or around the pool i was going to be told to leave Immediately with no refund. Do not recommend

"OK - But needs some TLC"

Great location near the airport. Rooms are in need of a face lift and some TLC. Bathroom could use a makeover. TV needs to be replaced as picture was not good. Rooms are dark with minimal natural sun light. Not much in the area in terms of food other than fast food options.

I do not recommend this hotel, the bathroom was dirty, the customer service was poor, the location not in a safe area. Pay a little bit more but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I should have read the reviews before booking one night. We had to Lysol spray the place to feel a little better.

Worst place I ever stayed I do not recommend to anyone. The roof started leaking, sleeping on bed so uncomfortable, you could feel springs stabbing you in the back. The plaster on the ceiling fell all over our bathroom floor and in the toilet. There was rust everywhere. The lady that worked night was very rude. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with renting a hotel room. Go anywhere but there.

"I want a call back and a refund"

No hot water, dirty rooms, Pictures say everything else. Beds, bedding, floors, bathroom, counter. Now intent let me save this unless I type 200 characters. Ok, I want this known and I still want a call back and a refund. Hopefully someone sees this that can accomplish that goal.
