Todo el personal con el que hablamos fue muy amable y eficiente. La habitación de tamaño adecuado y con unas vistas a la Gran Vía muy buenas. Nuestras camas eran cómodas. También la sala de desayunos tiene vistas a la Gran Vía que la hacen acogedora. La ubicación es céntrica y bien comunicada por metro y autobús.

Todo me ha gustado.
