Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville

Becky and bahieh at the bistro were extremely kind and helpful, checked in on how the food was, and helped us resolve a billing issue with the included hotel breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at the food counter was AMAZING. The lady at the check-in counter was kind and efficient. We sty at Marriotts all the time on our couple get away weekend, and usually are very pleased withh the room adn amenities. This time however we were very displeased with the room. The air barely worked, the fridge would not stay shut, there was a dot what appeared to be blood on the bedsheet, there was no conditioner in the shower( we love the shampoo and conditioner at the other hotels), the couch had something yellow on it, and the window had a white substance stuck on it. Sadly, we will probably look at another hotel company for our next getaway this fall. For several years we have been using Marriott hotels for our getway every season.

I came back ti UVA for my 50 year class reunuion. This was my first stay at this Courtyard. I have found my home in Charlottesville!

Everyone at the property was so friendly and helpful! We arrived very late (2am) and were still welcomed with smiles. We were only there for a short time but Bahieh Musa and Kassi at the front desk (spelling?) both helped to ensure a smooth trip!

I didn’t like the motion sensitive lights in the room that went on when getting up in the middle of the night. My wife was not happy with this situation either.

This hotel was super clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the linens were fresh and the room smelled wonderful when we arrived. Kathy at the front desk was super helpful during our stay and especially during checkout. She is a great employee that represents this hotel extremely well.

Professional setting with a nice seating selection. We love the booths with TV in the afternoon but wish the music was lower so you could hear. Bahich was courteous and polite making our breakfast which was very good. Nice selection of food for different diets.

Service is the best - Ms Musa makes a giant difference with a greeting late at night or first thing in the am for breakfast! I will come back not for the hotel but for her personal commitment to make the lives of her guests a little better than they would have been!

Very Clean Service Nice Bed was comfortable Close to restaurants But away from all the congestion Has a bar was in small but nice Really enjoyed the stay would recommend

The 2 gentleman at the checkin desk were super polite and had great personalities. They explained wverything very well, offered to answe our questions, and told us they hoped we got a good nights sleep.
