Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville

Great location and great service. Bahieh M. gave us great service at breakfast!! We needed a spot close to the airport. This was a great fit.

Just visiting a friend from college. Hotel staff: Just perfect at check-in and leaving. Very good breakfast by Bahieh M. Everyone on polite and hospitable too.

Want to just reach out to say we have been very happy with the service and attention you guys have provided. My team especially have been very pleased with there stay and hospitality. We had an excellent stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Charlottesville. I was especially impressed with the level of service that we received during breakfast at the Bistro. Bahieh Musa greeted me with a smile and was very kind and welcoming. Bahieh went out of her way to deliver our breakfast to the table and brought my husband ice water. We were dropping our daughter off for college and I was feeling a little sad, but Bahieh made me feel relaxed. It is a pleasure to encounter someone like Bahieh who takes pride in her job.

The dining experience at the Charlottesville Courtyard Marriott (Hillsdale Dr location) was fantastic. Food was great and service was awesome.

So I checked into this hotel for a little peace and to watch a movie and enjoy a night off in mountains. Before booking the hotel, I called the property if the tv has streaming like netflix on it. I was in room 039 and the tv didnt work. A lady came from the front desk to come fix it and they said someone will call me from the frontdesk to see whats next. I wait 2 hours and then I left the property angry at them. I checked in around 10:30 pm and left the property around 1am

And then there is John Kindall Jr at the front desk. I mean he anticipates what you need. He dearly loves his guests. I stay there because of him and have for years. He is top tier. When u see that smile you will know. He is fantastic. An honor to rate him

If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, don’t expect any perks. I should have gotten a “gift” (like a bottle of water!) on check-in and complementary upgrade. The clerk said they don’t give gifts and I wasn’t offered an upgrade. Also, although I am not disabled in any way, my room was for a handicapped person and the bathroom looked like it was in a hospital. They should reserve this for people who actually need it.

I spent four nights at this Marriott courtyard. The room, as always, was more than acceptable… Very nice. Daily room service to refresh and everything was a nice added touch. The food at the bistro was also very nice and I had oatmeal every morning. The staff member, Rahieh Muss, Who was there every morning with a smile made a very pleasant experience to begin the day. Well done Rahieh!

Excellent service with outstanding staff. Picked up at the airport with a ton of luggage since we were moving across the country. The lady who drove the shuttle was super understanding, patient and helpful as we loaded and unloaded everything. Then we met Bahieh Muss at the front desk on the first day. She was super kind, cheerful, and welcoming. She helped us figure out how to use the AC, had friendly conversations with us, and even served us the breakfast and coffee we paid for the next day (she does it all!). The service was top notch, beds are comfortable and love the blackout curtains. Housekeeping crew also all super friendly and helpful. Things to improve on include the better quality coffee and add free teabags to the room.
