Room was clean, comfy and in a quiet location.

There was a horrible smell when the refrigerator was opened. Inside of the refrigerator looked clean but staff found and cleaned a milk spill under it.

"Comfortable, easy."

Breakfast area was great. Loved the fireplace. The beds were comfy. Check in and check out was fast.

The breakfast is a bit expensive (don't get the oatmeal) but service was great. The room was comfortable, but the shower needs work.

nice hotel with free parking and internet.

When I checked in, the desk person that took care of me told me three times that I did not have a reservation, although I showed her my confirmation. When I started to read her my confirmation number (from Booking.com) she immediately cut me off saying 'That is not one of our numbers. " I was puzzled and checked my confirmation again assuming that I had somehow goofed. Long story short the only issue was that my name came up as Brownlee, Colleen. Did not seem to be so confusing to me. In the end the room was great, no further issues.

"Decent Place"

We have stayed here before. It is a solid hotel close to Villanova. At check in (we are gold) they asked if we had a room preference. I said yes, high floor and is there an upgrade available? The agent was very nice, but responded there was a wedding and they were booked. We ended up with a 1st floor room with a parking lot view (why did she ask if I had a preference?). They have free hot water in the lobby with tea and hot chocolate and a microwave in the lobby to use. Was pretty clean, noise from hallway is very loud. Decent guy with multiple treadmills and a couple bikes. We will likely stay there again but generally prefer residence inn for slightly more space and free breakfast.
