Barabara is the best, very friendly and keeps all the boys in check. Blake greeted me warmly and Ollie drove my car, first time doing valet for don ricos! Stephen and Chance assisted me after i came back out, and the cute girls in the booth made my night! I think they were Alice and Airith. 10/10 food 10/10 staff

The staff was nice but did not explain the services they had, for example upon check in, it was not explained that you need to request a bellhop in order to get a cart for your luggage.

Being so close to the beach, pool was beautiful. Our view, we stayed on the 16th floor.

When asking Google if there is a boardwalk with a ferris wheel it said yes. There is not. The small bar by pool closed so early.

The walls were thick and the room was quiet for sleeping. The room smelled good and clean, not like Fabuloso like some do. The beds were comfortable and the 2 sinks were nice having. The pool was nice. There always seemed like there was someone cleaning the hallways and lobby and we never had to wait for an elevator.

The guy that checked me in told me nothing and just gave me my keys. Blew me off when I asked about the digital key on my phone. Very offputting. The air vent in the bathroom when I happened to look up to stretch my neck looked to have years of dust up in there. The tub had rust and the areas around the baseboards were very dirty/dated. No balcony to go out on and the mini fridge was definitely "mini".

Realmente ni pude disfrutar,pagué bastante por comodidad, placer y seguridad y ninguna tuve , casualmente hubo una actividad por Easter y fue un desastre era una manifestación lo q había, estábamos en la piscina como al mediodía y tuvimos q salir corriendo, por los disparos , pues temía por la seguridad de mis hijas y la nuestra,eso fue el sábado, no pudimos bajar de la habitación en todo el dia, debido a esa situación q duró hasta la noche,para luego irnos el domingo, un desastre total, pagué bastante por nada de disfrute y mucho menos tranquilidad.

Location was great

Let's start with a $100 per night hold put on our credit card, along with being charged $25 per day resort fee. Parking situation is terrible and over-priced. Only two of four elevators were working in the south tower so getting up or down took excessively long. We stayed four nights and never received housekeeping services. I had to gather our trash and set outside our room after calling down to request toilet paper, towels and trash bags. Very disappointed in the overall experience, expected so much better from a Hilton.
