Un local cu toate facilitatile, camere spatioase si mincare diversificata, pe linga local gasesti tot ce ai nevoe,se merita de vizitat!

Nu am nicio nemultumire fata de local si staff!

Very good location. Not much but good food. Nice pool. Very nice staff👍🏻 it was my birthday and they gifted me 2 bottles of champagne, they let us have an early check in and later check out without extra payment.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly when I arrived and the spa services are way too expensive for what they offer. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel as the hotel does not provide these. Also the hotel is kitschy, but well.. it s funny:) also if you are an activist who supports Palestine, this is not the place for you:) I would also suggest a some shelves in the bathroom because you don’t have where to put your stuff, especially if you are a woman. Also, they don’t have hair dryer

Stay away! Europe Hotel is a complete disaster. The food was absolutely awful – cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Calling this “hotel food” is an insult to actual hotels. The service was shocking – rude staff, no basic courtesy, and zero willingness to help. Every request felt like a burden to them. But the worst part? Staff members entered our room without knocking. No respect, no privacy, no sense of boundaries. That’s completely unacceptable and even disturbing. Bottom line: avoid at all costs. Sunny beach has many hotels – pick literally any other

Hotelul este minunat, aproape de plaja, cu o vedere superba la mare (camerele au vedere laterala, noi am avut camera pe partea cu Nessebar), o piscina mare, curata, cu apa suficient de calda sa poti intra. Restaurantul arata bine, cu terasa mare, iar mâncarea, în ciuda cârcotașilor, suficient de diversificata și gustoasa. Mi-a plăcut faptul ca nu am stat niciodată la rand pentru mâncare și indiferent de ora la care mergeam la masa, era suficienta mâncare, deși hotelul era ocupat în întregime. La parter este un cazino, dar acest lucru nu a deranjat în niciun fel, a fost liniște pe tot parcursul sejurului. Personalul este tânăr, muncitor, zâmbitor, mereu serviabil. Intr-adevar, camera un pic cam mica, dar pentru 2 persoane spațiul este suficient, moderna, cu pat confortabil si un balcon mare, utilata cu cana electrica, frigider (care chiar răcește), TV, căni, pahare, plicuri cu ceai și cafea. A fost o surpriza plăcută sa gasim in camera o sticla de sampanie si bomboane, oferite din partea hotelului. Spațiul camerei este compensat de baie, foarte mare și permanent am avut apa calda, cu prosoape si produse de igiena. Deși am stat la etajul 11, presiunea apei era foarte mare. Felicitări pentru calitatea serviciilor!Recomand!

The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, though the coffee could use some improvement.

The rooms are quite small and not very soundproof — I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. I was also surprised to be charged for a small bottle of water, which I expected to be included in the “All Inclusive” package. Unfortunately, communication was sometimes difficult as some of the staff did not speak English
