Nous avons tous apprécié très bien accueilli et très propre je conseil vraiment la dame qui nous a accueilli d une très grande gentillesse

The most amazing stay in the beautiful town of Lecce. The host went absolutely above and beyond. The B&B was clean, provided a large, comfortable room full of amenities. Lovely courtyard to eat your breakfast in which is provided. I would definitely stay again. Grazie mille Annalisa

Nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect. The host had thought of every single thing which was greatly appreciated

aardige host. ontbijt was goed er is een grote koelkast om alles in te bewaren. thee, koffie, yoghurt en extra's zoals lekkere pasticciotti en bladerdeegbroodjes met appel en kaneel stonden elke ochtend klaar. De kamers en badkamer zijn goed en schoon. We konden de auto gratis parkeren op het pleintje voor de b&b en het was fijn op half uurtje loopafstand van het centrum

Hoe goed de host het ook bedoelt: het is niet nodig om broodjes te smeren voor de gasten, laat ze gewoon zelf hun ontbijt/brood maken dan wordt er ook minder weggegooid.

C'est un lieu formidable à 20 minutes à pied du centro. Lit confortable, bon petit déjeuner et une cours arrière entretenu avec soins où il fait bon se reposer. On peut se stationner sur la rue devant la maison. Je recommande cet endroit.

Goed ontbijt, iedere dag iets anders en met zorg klaargemaakt. Het centrum op loopafstand en goed bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een fijne tuin. Annelisa heeft ons van zeer goede adviezen voorzien.

Accueil cordial avec une petite présentation de l'architecture. Tidej copieux, apporté chaque matin. 12 mn à pied du centre historique de Lecce. Annalisa est adorable et très dynamique. Je recommande.

Je ne vois pas, nous avons séjourné dans 5 logements, celui était un des plus confortables.

Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro storico.

Lo stabile esternamente si presenta vecchio e malandato. All'interno della struttura abbiamo subito evidenziato: tavolo della cucina coperto da una vecchia tovaglia di plastica sulla quale vi erano briciole, che si sono attaccate al portafoglio, che vi avevo poggiato momentaneamente per fornire i documenti per il check-in; in camera la federa di un cuscino presentava delle macchie e sul frigobar abbiamo notato una vecchia e sporca tovaglietta di plastica; lenzuola visibilmente sciupate; in bagno pattumiera in metallo totalmente arrugginita, un vecchio scaffale verniciato ed impolverato su cui erano poggiati gli asciugamani vecchi, scoloriti e spaiati. Senza accertare altro, abbiamo immediatamente preferito rinunciare al soggiorno, ripercorrendo 200 km per tornare nella struttura che ci aveva eccellentemente ospitato nei giorni precedenti, per fortuna ancora libera; non avremmo potuto ormai raggiungere la nostra abitazione perché distante 8 ore di viaggio in macchina. Booking ha chiesto alla proprietaria di rinunciare alla penale, ma la proposta è stata rifiutata!
