Thank you for having a clean and comfortable environment. Noise level was a little high due to kids running in hall way. Did not bother me. You can’t control the hat you don’t know

For our purposes it was a good location. It was also nice to have a Green Mill restaurant attached to the property. The staff was pleasant to work with and overall it is a nice property. However, it was too expensive for the amenities that were offered.

We stayed for a major soccer tournament. It was a week long stay. Hotel upped the expectations. Front desk personnel were responsive and attentive. Restaurant beside the Hotel serves good food. The hotel serves hot breakfast everyday from 6:30 to 10:00 AM. There Flor and Sofía will keep every station filled and ready, they were always kind and supportive, Thank you! Overall, great experience!

I really liked the woman at the front desk. Andrea I think was her name or maybe Andy ?

Very convenient to shopping and freeeays

A little stinky in my room and the front desk gave me a hard time about putting in my diamond number saying it wasn’t allowed going through booking.com

Location was great, friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Don't go to late to breakfast. They start cleaning stuff up and not putting food out a half hour before breakfast is done

I was very happy with the staff of the hotel. Especially ladies at the reception. It was amazing to see smiling and friendly people. Restaurant next door is a big plus. Patio with chairs and tables were amazing and used by people every day. The location of the hotel is great - it was a few minutes' drive everywhere we needed to go. And they have huge parking, so no worries about that either 😉

The from desk greater was very sweet and check in went smoothly. The room was clean the only complaint I had was the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok just would have liked waffles and bacon because the pancakes were very thin and sticky. Overall I would give our stay a 9 out of 10.
