Dirty. And the "queen beds" are full beds.

The food was about the only thing(bistro)

Alot pool dirty with bugs that looked like they came from Africa..the bottom of the pool was so dirty with branches twigs dirt.i have never seen a pool so dirty

Sir if you want your $7.70 right now we can give you cash but that will come out of Korrine’s purse” this sounds so condensing toward her own staff, let alone their dignity and mine. Marriott should seriously consider this statement to coach the GM. Front Desk Korrin & General Manager Susie Rutschow - both provided a horrible service. I was charged $7.70 for a bottle of water that I asked at the front desk, which any long term member does at every Marriott and front desk staff gives a complimentary water. During check out I was told they don’t do that here at this property which I would have been okay if I was told that at the time of check in. But clearly they failed but are very quick to educate us as long term members to learn this about them. Susie the general manager was on the phone and said she will Correct the bill on Monday when she gets into the office while Korrine who is leading the font desk does not have the rights to do so. As a customer you are educated about their water policy for us to keep in mind going forward by a GM who is at home talking in the phone and will not give me a correct bill on the spot and we should be okay with that. What was distasteful was neither of them had an ounce of humility and the kicker is Suzi said and I quote “Sir if you want your $7.70 right now we can give you cash but that will come out og Korrine’s purse” this sounds so condensing toward her own staff let alone her staff and my dignity. One would expect a little more humility and customer centric rationale from a GM of all. This was one of the worst I have seen in my time with Marriott. Not a service anyone should receive let along someone who is so loyal to the brand. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Carpet very dirty. A lot of noise from pool area after dark.
