The smell of the room. Musty, mildew smell and AC was not on when we arrived. The staff was wonderland tried to accommodate us (due to my allergies and asthma) but each room.smelled just as bad.

Dirty old smelly. I apparently reserved a smoking room through bookings.com.. I didn’t think that was possible in 2025! I didn’t pay attention until it was time to check in! My wife said you checked in to a smoking room, I said that’s not possible no one has a smoking room. When we got to the hotel, I really wanna do turnaround and walk out because it was very old rundown and disgusting. I asked the guy at the front desk. My reservation says smoking is that true? He said yeah, you booked it through a third-party I said, is it possible to get a non-smoking room? He said no, because you checked in with bookings.com that us Because it was almost midnight, I did not want to call bookings.com. Try to get my money back. Old building, low ceilings, poorly maintained exterior of the property. Lawn needed to be mowed and general exterior upkeep needed. Dated bathroom.

The outside was sketchy, People sitting outside at night smoking and sitting around in the parking lot. The back of the place looked abandoned. It was nothing like the pictures advertised. Please update your pictures
