It was convenient to the casino and the price was right. But I booked 2 rooms, and the key wouldnt work in one of them. They gave me another room at the opposite end of the hallway. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was very rude and insisted she had no other rooms despite the fact that it was early in the day. She could easily have given us a reserved room and give the one they gave me to the reserved guest. But she wanted to be rude. I wont go back.

Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Doors on room were iffy... sometimes they would open sometimes they wouldn't...living room tv would shut off quite a bit and then we found a roach crawling on the wall.... they blamed it on the rain.... smh... never again will i stay at this hotel. Let's not forget about the ceiling that was leaking where the light was... that can't be safe !!

I liked the balcony

when I got in the room ...the door to the outside parking area was not locked but opened so that someone could possibly get in.

We were in a handicap room and my husband missed having a tub but was a nice room.

Dirty, there is no real pillow. Just only couch pillows. Smell bad, very noisy.

Everything was good but the only thing we didn’t like was that the room service never went to the room to take the trash out and put clean towels in the room. Other than that the service was good.
