The location of the hotel was near shopping centers, eatery, and bars

Our down comforter seemed as if it was damp. It wasn't damp to the touch, but when I got under the comforter, my feel immediately became moist.

"Nice hotel but will not go back "

Everything was fine except checking in they changed their policies since booking and I got their and pets not allowed. Thankfully my daughter lives in the area and was able to keep my dog or otherwise we would have been without a place to stay. Since I should have verified pets via phone call not just by website this is my fault as well. But they didn’t want us there after they discovered that we had a dog even though dog was not going to be there, so they first tried to canceled our reservation, then they tried to charge me a huge incident fee so had to bring in someone else in to help

Room was clean and comfortable. Would be a higher rating but the pool was out of service. Green algae and cans floating in it. No mention on website about the pool being out of service .

"Older hotel. Not as nice as it was rated"

This particular hotel appeared to be old. It wasn't as updated as it should have been. The A/C in our room wasn't working very well. The owners of the hotel should have finished the remodel before accepting guests.
