Poor condion, rotten walls in bathroom, room was filthy, If I wasn't so tired i would have left, pulled up the matress expecting bed bugs, didn't see any but plenty of dirt and hair-gross, The only reason I didn't leave besides being exhausted is that everything worked, TV, Internet, fridge, microwave. A 1/2 hour with a bucket of Mr. Clean, a sponge, and some elbow grease would have went a long ways.. But it really need some repai and paint. The doors liioked like someone just rebuilt an engineand was in and out of there for a few days. Black grease on the knob side up and down the doors.The furniture was obviously from a Holiday Inn that upgraded in the 80's, but I can live with that. I'm not picky but a place that dirty is over the line.

Stated breakfast was included in description. It wasnt. If factored into the nightly rate, this is not ok. Dont really care if its hotels.com or the hotels issue. Either way. Not ok.

Okay for the most part could definitely use more cleaning that's for sure walls were pretty nasty and besides needing a plunger and they told me to go find it outside somewhere if they don't come out of the building until the sun is fully up makes me think they are vampires LOL but that's literally what he told me

I booked a smoking room. When i got to check in i was told that they did not have any smoking rooms that were clean. I had to settle for non smoking room because i needed to hurry and get a shower before work.

"Don’t stay here "

Where can I even begin. Everything was completely dirty and during this Covid it was absolutely unacceptable. I almost left it was so bad. I had to basically clean the place myself and there was no way I could even take a shower. Where can I even begin. Check in with super easy the room was actually decently cleaned I could have been better but for the most part it was nice they're on your tail when it's time to check out though.. Thanks hotels.com
