The internet was not good, fortunately I had my hotspot to use because the WiFi was not good. I tried calling the WiFi #but had to wait on an attendant. If I had to depend on your WiFi for business I wouldn’t stay here.
USI liked the desk clerk, Jewell. At first he was going to charge me a down payment because I had gone through booking.com and they did not send my payment I made through PayPal. I thought everything was taken care of and me and my guests could just go do our thing, but I had to cancel through them and wait to get my money refunded later. I had to pay for the room right there AGAIN!!! I had stayed up late one night trying to make sure the whole thing was taken care of, paid. Now, I am there with friends who can't settle into their rooms, offering to pay for their own room, that should have already had been paid! I was so angry!!! And he wanted a down payment! Because we might take sheets or something!!! I said, I am not like that. Thank God! I brought enough cash to pay!!! It was just frustrating that what I thought was done and settled, wasn't.He was nice the rest of our visit. The food was good. I told him when I was leaving, I stripped the beds and I laid all the pillow cases and sheets in a stack to be counted. hung the wash clothes to dry and gathered the trash,( I actually wiped the counters too). He giggled.
The trouble that it caused because booking.com did not pay the bill with the money they got from my PayPal.

The facility wasn't as nice as pictured. The main problem was the pool was so cold the kids couldn't swim. We went so the kids could swim all weekend. I tried to request a refund or even half of a refund. The manager wouldn't even talk to me
