Nice quiet and comfortable
Had a great stay as always. Even if we didn't get a room on ground level like I asked for due to not being able to do stairs. The only other complaint was when we finally got checked in and realizing that the toilet wouldn't flush. The chain from inside the toilet was broken and could not be fixed. By our 3rd day it was finally fix. I called down every morning/evening to let them know it still was broken. Out of the entire stay we asked for our room to be cleaned and I truly don't think it was. They brought fresh towels. Throw the beds together and that was it. No vacuuming wiping down thing in the room. Especially the bathroom. Not forsure what was going on or maybe they were short staffed.
USStaff was pleasant and Room was clean.
Beds were VERY FIRM. I had aches and pains from not being able to sleep comfortably. We asked to be moved or if there was a different mattress option, however, they were booked up. They offered extra comforters to build up cushion. They should invest in better mattresses.
