Quality Inn Farmington

They had Roku TV's

The only thing wrong was the door locking system didn't have the latch like it was supposed to it has been broken off

The hotel was under renovation but it didnt interrupt any part of our stay except for the Hot Tub wasn't back up and running, but wasnt a problem.

Location

There was no hot tub. It was empty There was black curly hair wrapped around the bathtub plug, and the bottom of the tub was very dirty We also had to kill some roaches We had to call the front desk, then go to the front desk to get assistance in getting anything to work on the TV Breakfast was cold, was supposed to be hot Our last stay there last September was such a different experience It's very disappointing this time.

Location is not ideal, but ok. Elevator would be nice to have. Lucky I had kids to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

Location was good. Food was good but limited selection.

Eggs not available until a specific time the first day we were there. Limited selection of food.

Bed was comfortable and everything smelled freshly clean, which was appreciated. The courtyard was very pretty and nice scenery surrounding. Property needs repairs and updates, was very disappointed in the condition of everything for $95. Paid $20 less for a competing hotel that was much better kept up and I felt far more comfortable at. Will not return.

The property was run down and not maintained. Room was in need of repairs and cleaned. Layers of dust in door frames, shower stall, tv stand ect. Cleaning staff not paying attention to detail. The walls are very thin. I asked front desk 3 days in a row to replace the blow dryer because the one in the room didn’t work and everyday I was told they would have it taken care of and it wasn’t done. Small request and no customer satisfaction in the quality inn.
