Best Western Downtown Sudbury

I always have a great stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious. My room was well appointed and tender loving care went into it. I highly recommend. Thank you

Clean rooms and courteous service. Manager Vina is very professional and friendly. I keep on coming back to this lovely hotel in downtown Sudbury. Breakfast is good and always fresh. Indian restaurant inside the hotel is excellent. They also have really good fitness room. Good job

There was a safe in the room and the bed was comfortable.

Room Phone was not connected and did not work. Shower leaked. No mobile phone power points on the bedside table. Pillows were not standard size and too many. Coffee maker instructions to difficult to read. Decor dated and old.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the dining area was well organized and clean. Overall, this hotel provided great value for the price. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable. I booked my stay through Priceline and when I arrived at 10 PM they front desk would not honor my request of 2 queen beds. I showed them what I booked, but they said that I had booked a single queen. They would not work with me and said I had to contact Priceline. After 30 minutes of trying to figure this out, I gave up, took the room they offered. I would not recommend this hotel due to their lack of customer service. Also, parking is very limited. I had stayed in a BW in Superior, WI the night before, and had a great experience. The front desk offered me an upgrade to move my room away from a youth hockey team's set of rooms. I have always had a good experience at BW until this encounter.
