Best Western Downtown Sudbury

Pleasant staff but horrible room. Smelly with smashed lamp shades and lamps, stained sheets and pillows and carpet. Unclean tub and bathroom floor. I'm bald so not my long black hairs. Scary night time neighbourhood too. I asked for an air freshener because of the smell and they sprayed my room while I was out. I could hardly breath when I returned. I slept in my clothes on towels on top of the sheets and I still came home itchy. Big yech!

Just out dated

Hotel itself is nice, Sudbury however is not. Our room had a stunning view of people doing drugs in a park, and we woke up to our bike stolen from our bike rack. Never visiting here again.

Our stay at Best Western Sudbury was beyond expectations. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what impressed us most was the personal touch and care inspired by the owner, Vina Makkar. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in every detail—from the well-maintained rooms to the outstanding customer service provided by the team. Vina’s leadership and genuine hospitality create an atmosphere where guests feel valued and at home. We left with a great experience and would happily return. A big thank you to Vina and her wonderful staff for making our visit so enjoyable!
