The property is in a great location, close to restaurants, historical sites and shopping. Everyone at the hotel is very nice, friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here three times and would think of going nowhere else. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We have been to this hotel several times. It is the only hotel we would stay at in Porto. This time, we had an issue with the lighting but overall we enjoyed our stay. Everyone at the front desk has always been kind. The room was comfortable and spacious. We would strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is super clean. The cleaning crew was very impressive. Room is spotless clean and fresh after the cleaning service. They opened the window, and clean the windows, all the tiles in the bathroom. Very impressive. Other than that, the hotel is so so. Internet router broken for hours at night. Breakfast was ok. They had omelette which was a plus, but only machine made coffee. Not much selection from the breakfast buffet too.
