USThis hotel has been our”go-to”weekend family destination for years.We hadn’t gone in 1-2 years.It is getting run down especially in the pool area.It also appears understaffed.Hot tub is not hot at all…barely warm.Electrical light in water is falling out(shock hazard).Pool is freezing….supposed to be heated.No towels anywhere.Tiles and grout coming off a lot,and many sharp pieces around.Pool filter has hole in cover and sharp(got my grandson).I hate to complain,but someone’s gonna get hurt!Water was however clean and clear.Breakfast was good.Room was O.K,but water only warm.Tub had hard time draining.Ceiling had peeling spot.Clock set wrong.T.V.was a bit wierd.What happened to this place???Unfortunately we will have to look for a better place next time.
USthe furniture seemed filthy, there was no hot water for a while,, we called the front desk and they said they could not do anything until the next day,,
This facility had a lot of issues that were not at all satisfactory nor healthy. The room was not clean, cigarette burns in the carpet along with smoke smell, only 2 very small pillows on a King bed that your head barely fit on. The morning breakfast area had nobody there to monitor or clean the tables or counters for guests to sit at, food area was a mess as well. The Pool and Hot Tub were disgustingly dirty with green slime in the Hot Tub. I truly wish I was able to upload pictures of all these areas to support my comments.

USThe breakfast area was almost empty and it was barely an hour into breakfast.
There was an loud coming out of the shower vent at 6:20 in the morning, when asked the staff what was the problem I was told, Oh I came in at 7 and I don't know what is going on! then I wore brand new white socks and when I walked on the carpet they were brown/black on the bottom, obliviously the carpet hasn't been cleaned in some time, The elevator got stuck at least three times havint the staff to reset....BAD PLACE TO STAY
