USI was overcharged more than $300 from the gift shop, and my money still hasnt been returned.
USThe location was in a good residential neighborhood. The hotel is walking distance to several nice food establishments. The pool was nice at night. The hotel itself was dated with warn carpets and walls that needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom walls in our room had been patched several times. The curtains were off the track and did not close properly. They placed double sided tape on the curtains and the wall to prevent the large gap where the curtains had fallen from the track, creating big gaps of space that allowed onlookers from the parking lot to see into the room. The free coffee was cool when pumped out of the caraffe.
Badly needs updatung.
USThe hall ways and room is getting tired, they need some up dateing. A lot of gum on the entrance area to the hotel.
USUSI liked the breakfast
The room was disgustingly dirty. The carpet was stained and had rips in it, the furniture had stains on it. The bath tub did not drain water properly so I had to stand in dirty water while showering. The toliet was bot cleaned. There was lots of noises you could hear the neighbors walking around and talking. You could hear all the neighbors doors slam each time someone left. It was a terrible experience staying here and I will never stay here again. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was not as warm as I would have preferred. And the elevator was very slow and unwelcoming I honestly was afraid of getting stuck in it.
The hotel is run down, the hall carpets are dirty & extremely warn and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The person at check in was not welcoming at all. The man that checked us out was the only thing decent about the hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years but won’t return.
Handy location, helpful staff at front desk. Building is in need of renovation and repair.
