The staff were really fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Always seemed cheerful and happy to help. The room was lovely - we didn't use the spa or breakfast service but they looked great. And the location of the hotel is perfect. Literally 5 minutes to the main square. But only minutes from a great couple of pubs.

"Great hotel!"

We were there for four nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The sauna and pool are quite nice, as is the bar, but the location is superb. There is no fitness facility, which was the only downside. We would stay again.

Loved this hotel. Our room was very nice and airy. Nicely decorated. Our room face the canal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that Brian May, Colin Farrell and Ralph Fiennes stayed here. Loved Bruges and would definitely stay here again!

No headboard in bedroom made reading/watching TV uncomfortable. Not many “goodies “ in room but very pleasant hotel in great location.
