Beautiful property. We stayed in the new wing. SO spacious and comfy Hilde, Jean-Phillip & Nicholas were so caring and welcoming. It was a good idea to have people leave the key at the front desk. Much interaction between staff(((:

"Exceeded all expectations"

The hotel was amazing and far exceeded our expectations based on the website! The rooms were beautiful, large, comfortable and had incredible bathtubs and fantastic views with windows that open! The staff was extremely friendly and the onsite parking was an unexpected bonus. Truly one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

"Lovely but expensive"

The hotel was excellent but the cost of parking was a shock at check out. 35 euros a night is ridiculous. I should have researched it, spotted it or asked but we were guided to it by the staff and no-one mentioned the price at any time. Everything else was great. The staff could not be more helpful and the location is perfect. But add room, breakfast, parking, drinks altogether its too expensive for what it is.

"Relaxing stay in Bruges"

Amazing boutique luxury hotel. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away. Ok almost don't want to leave a review so we can keep this place a bit under the radar so it stays so peaceful 😂. The room was spacious and modern but keeps the historic charm of the building. The staff was extremely professional and helpful.

"Family Long Weekend Trip"

Great Hotel with good service and nice and attentive staff. The hotel is a great location, definitely recommend getting the canal view. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Slept well every night. They even had a child sized robe and slippers which was a big hit for our son.

Really magical stay in Bruges, the hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing within a few minutes walk of the main square. It’s situated on a stunning canal with one of the best views in Bruges. The staff were amazing and so friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend to anyone after a romantic stay in Bruges.
